Swire Renewable Energy is looking for Cable Team Leader
About the project and role:
Location: Germany (Onshore)
Turbines: Vestas
Start: September
Rotation: 3/1
Contract: B2B
Right to work in the EU required
Requirements:
Valid GWO BST
GWO BTT (Mechanical / Hydraulic / Electrical / Installation)
Vestas Level C
Experience on EnVentus turbines
Experience in onshore turbine installation
Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a structured team environment
What you'll be doing:
Supporting turbine installation activities (core or support role)
Lead and coordinate onshore cable installation team
Plan and allocate daily tasks in line with project schedule
Oversee progress and ensure timely delivery
Mechanical assembly, bolting, torqueing and installation tasks
Working closely with site management
Ensuring safe, high‑quality execution throughout the project
