Offshore Service Supervisor – Offshore Wind (SOV)

We are looking for experienced Service Supervisors to lead and coordinate offshore inspection, maintenance and service activities on a long-term offshore wind project starting in January 2027. Candidates must have previous experience in a supervisory position within the wind energy industry. Offshore supervisory experience is preferred, but relevant onshore supervisory experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inspection, maintenance and repair activities.

• Lead offshore service teams and allocate tasks according to operational priorities.

• Ensure that all activities are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.

• Coordinate personnel, tools, equipment and materials required for daily operations.

• Monitor work progress and ensure that inspection and maintenance documentation is completed.

• Conduct toolbox talks and support risk assessments and safe working practices.

• Report operational issues and communicate with project management and other relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the wind energy industry.

• Experience in coordinating service, maintenance or installation activities.

• Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.

• Ability to supervise work in accordance with HSE procedures and quality standards.

• Good command of English.

Professional requirements:

✅ GWO Basic Safety Training (4 modules)

✅ GWO Sea Survival

Additional requirements:

• Experience in offshore service and maintenance projects is an advantage.

• Additional project-specific training and certifications may be required before mobilisation.
