Rope Access NDT Technicians

Swire Renewable Energy is looking for NDT Technicians


About the project and role:

 We're looking for experienced IRATA Rope Access NDT Technicians for a 2–3 week offshore project in Denmark, starting in the second half of August working on Fixed-term employee agreement

Requirements:

  • Valid IRATA certification (L1/L2 or L3)

  • UT & DFT certifications (essential)

  • Offshore structural inspection experience

  • Own UT/DFT equipment preferred

 

What you'll be doing:

Working from a CTV on Offshore Substations (OSS), carrying out:

  • General Visual Inspections (GVI)

  • Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) measurements

  • Rope access inspections on 8 OSS platform piles from topside to seabed level (no subsea scope)

  • Measurements at 1-metre intervals from the waterline to the highest accessible point
