We are looking for experienced Warehouse Coordinators to support a long-term offshore wind inspection and maintenance project starting in January 2027. The role focuses on the coordination of tools, equipment, materials and spare parts to ensure efficient project operations. Previous experience in warehouse coordination or management within the wind energy industry is required. Offshore experience is preferred for offshore positions, but candidates with relevant onshore experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of tools, equipment, materials and spare parts.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

• Prepare equipment and materials for offshore operations.

• Coordinate material movements, deliveries and returns.

• Support logistics and communication between warehouse personnel and offshore teams.

• Monitor stock availability and report shortages or damaged equipment.

• Ensure safe storage, handling and organisation of warehouse materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the wind energy industry.

• Experience in inventory management, logistics and material coordination.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Good command of English.

• Offshore experience preferred for offshore deployment; relevant onshore experience accepted.

We are looking for experienced Warehouse Coordinators with a proven background in the wind energy industry. Previous offshore experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant onshore warehouse coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.

Professional requirements:

📦 Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Manager or in a similar position within the wind energy industry.

🔧 Experience in coordinating tools, equipment, materials and spare parts.

🚢 Ability to support offshore operations and coordinate material movements.

📋 Strong organisational skills and experience in inventory management.

🤝 Good communication and coordination skills.

🗣️ Good command of English.

Required certifications (for offshore deployment):

✅ GWO Basic Safety Training (4 modules)

✅ GWO Sea Survival

✅ GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART)

✅ Valid OGUK/NOGEPA

✅ Chester Step Test

Additional requirements:

• Previous experience supporting offshore wind projects is an advantage.

• Additional project-specific training may be required before mobilisation.
