Site Supervisor Installation Onshore

We’re looking for a confident, structured professional with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily on-site activities and ensuring smooth execution of installation processes,

• Ensuring a safe working environment and reporting unsafe conditions,

• Ensure accurate, timely recording and delivery of collection of work progress and reports in a high level of quality, during daily progress reports, work reports.

• Report on updates on the project developments to the Project Manager and escalate delays and critical issues as prescribed by company policy.

• Provide technical support within Swire by advising the resource needs, procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specific times in order to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules.

Expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction (Vestas experience is beneficial),

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to remain calm, focused, solution-oriented under pressure and ability to adapt to change.

• Strong English communication skills
